Rendoo.ai – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to reservations made through Rendoo.ai, published by RENDOO AI, a Tunisian limited liability company, registration number 1943637K, registered office: Immeuble Tunis Carthage, Bloc A, Bureau 26, 2027 Ariana Ville, Ariana, Tunisia. Rendoo.ai allows users to discover activities, join groups and, when this feature is available, make reservations with partner providers. For certain activities, Rendoo.ai may redirect the user to the provider's official channel.
1. Information Available Before Payment
Before any payment validation, the user can review the essential reservation information: activity or service, provider, date and time when applicable, total price, any fees, payment methods, cancellation conditions, refund and execution terms. A summary allows the user to review or modify the order before confirmation.
2. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are those displayed at the time of reservation. Payment is made via the payment provider(s) proposed by Rendoo.ai. Rendoo.ai does not ask users to submit their banking details via email or messaging. The reservation is considered confirmed only after payment validation when advance payment is required. An electronic confirmation is then made available or sent to the user.
3. Delivery / Execution Conditions
Rendoo.ai primarily sells or facilitates the reservation of services and activities. Therefore, unless otherwise indicated, there is no physical delivery. Information necessary for executing the reservation is communicated electronically. The service is provided on the date, time and location indicated at the time of reservation. When Rendoo.ai acts only as an intermediary, the partner provider remains responsible for the effective execution of the proposed activity.
4. Cancellation Policy
The cancellation conditions applicable to an activity are displayed before payment. They may depend on the provider, the type of activity and the time remaining before its start. Any cancellation requested by the user is processed in accordance with the conditions displayed at the time of reservation, without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to consumers by Tunisian law. In case of cancellation of the activity by the provider or by Rendoo.ai, the user is informed as soon as possible and receives, as applicable, a refund or an alternative solution proposed with their consent.
5. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
For services purchased at a distance, consumers benefit, when provided by law, from a withdrawal period of ten (10) working days from the date the contract is concluded. When the user requests that the service be provided before the end of this period and the service is actually provided, the right of withdrawal may no longer be applicable under the conditions provided by Tunisian law. Service reservations do not involve a material "return". When a refund is due under the law, it is made within legal timeframes. For a reservation that does not comply with or is not executed under the agreed conditions, the user can contact Rendoo.ai at contact@rendoo.ai. When an exchange of date, time slot or activity is possible, its conditions are indicated by the provider or proposed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of difficulty, the user is invited to contact Rendoo.ai at contact@rendoo.ai in the first instance to seek an amicable solution. When the dispute directly concerns the execution of an activity by a provider, Rendoo.ai may facilitate communication between the user and that provider. If no amicable solution is reached, the consumer may exercise the remedies provided by Tunisian regulations, in particular with the competent consumer protection services, and then with the competent Tunisian courts.
7. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Tunisian law, in particular the rules applicable to electronic commerce and consumer protection. Any provision hereof shall be interpreted subject to the mandatory provisions applicable.
